Meat-filled pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These pancakes can become a delightful addition to any table and please anyone. You can make the pancakes not only by this recipe but by your favorite one. However, they should be unsweetened and firm enough to hold the filling without tearing. I used pork for my filling, but you can use any meat according to your taste. It's best to sauté the onion in butter, as this makes the filling more tender. The filling works best with pre-cooked meat rather than ground meat, so the meat stays in juicy pieces rather than turning into crumbs. You can add your favorite spices to the filling if desired. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

It is advisable to boil the meat in advance. Rinse the meat and place it in a pot, cover with cold water, add salt, and set over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer, skimming off the foam, until the meat is fully cooked. Cooking time will depend on the type of meat used, the size of the piece, and the heat level. Let the meat cool in the broth so that it remains juicy and tender.
