Pancake cake with mushrooms

1. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms, then add sour cream, salt, and curry. Bring to a boil over low heat.

2. Let the mushrooms cool down while we prepare the pancake batter from beaten eggs, milk, and flour. Add salt to taste. Fry thin pancakes and stack them on top of each other.

3. Now, stack the pancakes in reverse order, spreading each one with the mushroom filling.
