
Blancmange, classic recipe
Description
The recipe won't take much time. A simple recipe for an exquisite treat. Add sugar, vanilla, and gelatin to warm cream. Heat the mixture until the gelatin dissolves, then pour into molds. After two hours in the refrigerator, the blancmange will be ready. Serve chilled.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. The fat content of the cream won't significantly affect the taste, so use 10% or 15%.

2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and gelatin to the warm cream. Mix, then let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to dissolve.

3. Heat the cream to 60 degrees to completely dissolve the gelatin, but do not bring the mixture to a boil.

4. Pour the blancmange into coupes or molds to set. The blancmange will be ready in the refrigerator after just 2 hours. Serve the dessert with fruit sauces or toppings. To easily release the dessert from a silicone mold, hold it over hot water for a few seconds or carefully dip it into hot water. The edges will slightly melt, allowing the jelly to come out of the mold perfectly.
