
Coffee blancmange
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Blancmange is a white dessert from French cuisine. And if you add freshly brewed coffee to it, you'll get another exquisite, aromatic dessert. A dessert that refreshes in the heat and gives you energy. Serve chilled.

Brew strong coffee. For 200 ml of water, use 2 tsp of natural ground coffee.

Pour warm cream over the agar-agar and let it soak for 30 minutes.

Combine milk, sugar, vanilla, and freshly brewed coffee in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Pour in the swollen agar-agar and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.

Pour into silicone molds, cool to room temperature. Place the coffee blancmange in the freezer for 1.5–2 hours.

10 minutes before serving, take out of the freezer and carefully remove from the molds. If desired, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
