Buffeldae
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use any kind of minced meat for Buefeldae. However, the tastiest version is made with pork and beef in a 1:1 ratio. You can add more carrots and onions if you prefer. Use refined oil so it doesn't overpower the flavor of the other ingredients. Instead of dill, you can use any fresh herbs according to your taste. The finished dish is ready to be served.
