Description

You can make meatballs in a multicooker at home in several ways. One of them, presented in this recipe, is the most diet-friendly option—steaming. You can also fry them or stew them with tomato sauce, for example.

Instructions

    Step 1

    1. To begin, prepare the stuffing. Wash the poultry fillet, dry it, and chop finely with a knife or blender. Avoid using a meat grinder, as it will make the stuffing too uniform.

    2. Like any other classic meatball recipe in a multicooker, this one also includes vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. If the dish is intended for children, it's better to use a blender.

    3. Now, in a deep bowl, combine the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add your favorite spices. To prevent the meatballs in the multicooker from becoming too dry, add sour cream to the minced meat.

    4. Thoroughly mix the minced meat, adding 1 egg if necessary.

    6. Grease the steamer slightly with oil and place the patties.

    7. Finally, set the "Steam" mode for about 35-40 minutes. When the meatballs are ready, they can be served immediately.
