Cheese Cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Patties differ from cutlets not only in shape. Patties are round, while cutlets are oval. The main difference of patties is that they are breaded only in flour. Unlike cutlets, patties should not have a dry, crispy crust. Therefore, patties are cooked covered. Often, patties are additionally simmered in sauce or even baked under it. And this is precisely the main difference between patties and cutlets. The ready dish can now be served.
