Pineapple and cheese patties
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, the idea of combining meat, sweet pineapple, and cheese in one dish isn't new, as there are many recipes with these ingredients. However, in almost all of them, meat is used in whole pieces. I'd like to offer you a different, more interesting version, in my opinion, and show you how to make pineapple and cheese meatballs. I'll be honest—they're incredibly tasty and juicy, perfect for a festive table. I'm sure your guests will love them. And if you don't have any celebrations coming up soon, you can always prepare these pineapple and cheese meatballs at home and serve them for a regular dinner. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Place the minced meat in a bowl, add an egg, finely chopped onion, spices and salt to taste, and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

From the resulting minced mixture, we make small patties, place them in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, and make an indentation in each patty.
- 3
Step 3

Place the pineapple into the indentations; if you are using pineapple rings, you don't need to make indentations. Put the baking dish into the oven and bake the patties for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- 4
Step 4

After the time has elapsed, remove the pan from the oven and place a slice of tomato on each patty.
- 5
Step 5

Place the cheese on the tomato; you can slice it into pieces, as I did, or grate it on a coarse grater.
- 6
Step 6

Sprinkle the cutlets with dried herbs.
- 7
Step 7

Bake the dish for another 20-25 minutes at the same temperature.
- 8
Step 8

Now all that's left is to beautifully plate our patties and serve them. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
