Belarusian-style cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's quite possible that this dish is traditional in other Slavic countries as well, but personally, I know this simple recipe for Belarusian-style patties from my grandmother, who lived in Belarus. Whenever I visited her, she would always make these patties for my breakfast. I adored them then and still love them today. Now I often prepare this dish myself, especially since making Belarusian-style patties at home is really not difficult at all—and you'll see for yourself. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Now pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it. With a tablespoon, place the prepared porridge mixture into the hot oil.
