
Rice Cutlets
Description
The patties are made from thick rice porridge. If you add herbs and spices, the patties can be served with meat or vegetables. But if you add sugar, cinnamon, condensed milk, honey, or jam, they can serve as a snack for afternoon tea.

Prepare the rice porridge in advance using milk (you can use water, but milk is better). It should be thick and sticky.

Add a little granulated sugar to the warm porridge and mix. Add the chicken eggs one at a time and mix again.

The rice porridge may turn out too runny, in which case add a little semolina (flour or starch).

Put a small amount of semolina into a bowl, shape the porridge into cutlets by hand, then coat each one in semolina.

Heat a frying pan or saucepan with sunflower oil, fry until a golden crust forms, then transfer to a plate.

Sprinkle the cutlets with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
