
Meatballs with sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use any meat, such as beef, chicken, pork, or turkey. You can buy ready-made ground meat or mince it yourself. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Wash the pepper and remove the seeds, then chop it. Peel and mince the garlic (1 clove for the filling, 1 clove for the sauce).

Place the vegetables and minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, salt and spices to taste, cream, and crushed crackers.
