1. Rinse the fresh broccoli thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. I used frozen broccoli, so I just defrosted it beforehand.

2. Puree the broccoli using a blender. Add the egg, pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.

3. Add the previously grated cheese and semolina to the resulting puree. Mix well and let it sit for about 20 minutes so the semolina can absorb the moisture.

4. Moisten your hands with water, shape the patties and place them on parchment paper laid on a baking sheet. Bake at 190 degrees until browned (about 20-30 minutes).

5. Broccoli patties can also be pan-fried on both sides. Choose the cooking method at your discretion. Ready!
