First, prepare the sauce. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and sauté peeled garlic and red pepper in it.

Place the tomatoes in the blender bowl and blend until smooth. Add to the pan with the garlic.

Add the tomato paste, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes.

While the sauce is cooking, prepare the meatballs. To the turkey mince, add grated cheese, oregano, and finely chopped parsley.

Mix the breadcrumbs with milk and egg, stir thoroughly.

Combine the meat with the milk-egg mixture, season with salt and pepper. Then knead until you get a dense and elastic mixture.

With wet hands, shape the minced meat into round patties. Carefully add the patties to the pan with the sauce.
