You can decorate the cake layers to your liking. I used kiwi, but you can use other fruits or berries. Below is a step-by-step recipe for making the cake in a multicooker. Serve with tea or coffee.

Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer. You should get a foam like in the photo. Beat for 7-8 minutes.

Add the sifted flour and vanillin, mix well.

Grease the inner bowl of the multicooker with butter. Pour in the sponge cake batter and set the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes.

With a thin knife, cut the sponge cake into 3 layers.

Prepare the syrup for soaking the sponge cake. Pour water (8 tbsp) into a suitable container, add sugar (5 tbsp). Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Soak the gelatin in warm water and let it swell.
