Biscuit roll with condensed milk
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I think condensed milk is one of the favorite fillings for any dessert among almost all sweet lovers, and therefore, this simple condensed milk Swiss roll recipe will appeal to many. Personally, I make this treat very often, as it takes minimal time and doesn't require any special skills. Indeed, making a condensed milk Swiss roll at home is something even a child can handle. Try preparing this delicious treat yourself. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

First, we break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks into the bowl of a mixer. Add sugar and vanilla sugar, then beat until smooth. Then, add flour, baking powder, and starch to the mixture, and thoroughly mix once again.

Step 2

Now we need to beat the egg whites in a separate container until a thick foam forms, then add the whites to the batter. When combining the whites with the batter, do not beat the mixture—simply mix everything gently with a silicone spatula.

Step 3

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the prepared batter onto it. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.

Step 4

Bake the sponge cake for 12 minutes, then remove the baking sheet from the oven and turn the cake onto a towel (you can sprinkle the towel with sugar or powdered sugar). Carefully remove the parchment paper from the cake and roll it up into a log. Let the roll cool completely.

Step 5

Next, unroll the roll, spread it with condensed milk, and roll it back up. Cut the finished roll into small pieces and serve with tea. Enjoy your meal!
