Biscuit roll with condensed milk and nuts
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I suggest an amazingly delicious biscuit roll with homemade condensed milk and nuts, ready in just one hour. You can use store-bought condensed milk, but I prefer making it myself. The sponge cake is quickly prepared, then spread with condensed milk and rolled up right away. This delightful dessert is excellent served with tea, so I often make it when friends come over. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

1. The advantage of this recipe is that the sponge cake is ready in just 20 minutes, it requires few eggs and no time separating yolks from whites (the eggs are beaten together). Add sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt, then beat until smooth and homogeneous.
- 2
Step 2

2. Beat all ingredients with a mixer at full speed. When the mixture becomes uniform, the batter is ready.
- 3
Step 3

3. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and pour our batter onto it. The consistency should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.
- 4
Step 4

4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, then immediately spread the baked condensed milk over the sponge cake and roll it up into a roll using a towel. This way the roll won't crack.

Step 5

5. Let the roll sit for a while, then spread the remaining condensed milk on top and sprinkle with crushed nuts. Peanuts work best (I like to lightly roast them beforehand).

Step 6

6. That's it, our biscuit roll with condensed milk and nuts is ready!
