Description

This recipe won’t take much time. A sponge roll with kiwi can be made not only with mascarpone, but also with cream cheese and even with delicate cottage cheese. Choose well-ripened kiwi or increase the amount of sugar in the cream. You can decorate the dessert with the same cream or simply by dusting it with powdered sugar. It can be served with tea or coffee.
