Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and place in the oven to warm up.

In a deep bowl, mix 4 eggs and sugar, add a packet of vanilla sugar. Beat at high speed with a mixer for 4 minutes.

Add the flour and gently stir.

Then add half a packet of baking powder and mix gently as well.
