Biscuit cookies
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Everyone in our family knows by heart how to make biscuit cookies at home, as we've been doing this almost every Sunday. The kids pick various cookie cutters, and together we happily cut hearts, stars, and animal shapes out of the biscuit dough. Spending time together in the kitchen brings us closer. Thus, making biscuit cookies has become our family tradition. The kids eat them with condensed milk, while my wife and I prefer them with homemade jam. Cook and enjoy your tea time. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare a baking pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Beat the egg whites well.

Mix the yolks with the white and vanilla sugar. Then add the beaten egg whites and mix everything together.

Stirring, gradually add the sifted flour a little at a time.

You will get a liquid dough.

Pour all the batter into the baking pan.

Bake the sponge cake for 10 minutes. Then, without opening the oven, turn it off and leave the cake inside for another 10 minutes. After opening the oven, let it cool for 10 minutes.

Take cookie cutters of any shape and use them to cut out cookies from the sponge cake.

Serve the sponge cakes with jam or condensed milk. You'll get an amazing treat for tea.
