1. Crack the chilled eggs into a deep container and beat at high speed with a mixer until a thick foam forms.

2. Gradually add sugar to the eggs, mixing constantly with a mixer. Add the sugar in small portions; otherwise, the sponge cake will not rise.

3. After adding all the sugar, reduce the mixer speed to the minimum and add the previously sifted flour. Mix until a smooth, lump-free mixture forms.

4. Grease the bottom of the multicooker bowl with butter, but do not touch the sides. Carefully pour in the sponge cake batter.
