Instructions
- 1
Step 1

1. This cake is based on a regular sponge cake batter, prepared in the classic way.
- 2
Step 2

2. Beat the yolks with sugar separately and the whites separately into a thick foam.
- 3
Step 3

3. Then combine the yolks and whites and add the flour. Gently mix everything until smooth.
- 4
Step 4

4. Bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

5. Mix the cottage cheese with mascarpone cheese and sugar. At the very end, add the gelatin (previously soaked in hot water and allowed to swell) and sugar. Mix our cream.
- 6
Step 6

6. Wash and chop the fruits, and add berries. You can use frozen ones.
- 7
Step 7

7. Now pour one-third of the cream into the mold, place the fruits and berries on top, then add our ready cooled biscuit. Pour another third of the cream on top. Arrange more fruit on top.
- 8
Step 8

8. Pour the cream over again. Place our biscuit-cottage cheese cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 9
Step 9

9. When the cake has set, take it out of the refrigerator and remove the mold.
- 10
Step 10

10. Place the filled tubes in a circle and secure them with a strip, pressing firmly against the edges.
- 11
Step 11

11. Decorate as you like. I decided to arrange fruits and berries on top, pour everything with jelly, and let it set again in the refrigerator. After that, the biscuit-cheese cake is completely ready to serve!
