Banana sponge cake

   Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.

   Whip the cream until a thick cream forms.

   Peel the bananas and mash them into a puree.

   Mix banana puree, cream, and the remaining ingredients in a deep bowl.

   Pour the sponge batter into a deep baking dish and bake at 230 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170 degrees and bake for another hour.
