Description
The recipe won't take much time. The milk sponge has a very pleasant fine‑porous texture and a delicate vanilla‑milk flavor. It can be served as is or used as a base for all kinds of cakes. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Using a mixer, beat the eggs until fluffy, adding granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
