Biscuit
Description
The condensed milk-based crusts turn out sweet, and it's very hard to resist eating them before you even start assembling the cake. This cake can be made for a celebration or just for no reason at all, especially since the ingredients are affordable and inexpensive. The cake must be left to rest for at least 5–6 hours before serving, preferably overnight. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Start with the layers: break the eggs into a deep bowl and add condensed milk, then mix with a mixer until a smooth, fluffy mixture forms.

Step 2

2. I sift the flour in advance to make the finished baked goods light, add the flour to the bowl in portions, continuously mixing with a mixer, and also add baking powder for the dough. After mixing, I let the dough rest for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3

3. To give the baked goods a round shape, you can bake them in a springform pan or on parchment paper. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a spoon to shape the batter into a circle; each cake requires 2–3 tablespoons of batter.

Step 4

4. I bake the layers one by one in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Once ready, I transfer the layers onto a cutting board to cool.

Step 5

5. For the cream, in a bowl mix the cream (at least 30-35% fat content) with powdered sugar and whip until fluffy and stiff peaks form.

Step 6

6. Assemble the cake: place a cake layer on a serving plate and spread it with cream; place another layer on top and spread it with cream as well, repeating this process until all the layers are used. Decorate the top layer with cream using a piping bag. You can decorate it as desired.

Step 7

7. I put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours, and then serve it. Enjoy!
