Sugar-Free Sponge Cake
Description
The baked goods are prepared simply and quickly. The sponge cake by this recipe, even without a gram of sugar, turns out quite tasty and interesting. The crumb is tender and porous, it somehow reminds me of a custard pastry. This recipe is a real find for those who cannot consume sugar. You can make the bake completely sugar‑free or add sweeteners such as stevia, cyclamate, sucralose, etc. You may also add honey or pieces of dried fruit. The sponge is delicate, slightly moist, and works perfectly for making healthy (PP) cupcakes or delicious cakes. Happy experiments. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
