Description

Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Everyone who has ever vacationed in Italy has surely seen or even tried this fragrant cookie, and now I suggest making biscotti at home, as it's not that difficult. The name of this cookie translates from Italian as "twice baked," and I think that clearly indicates we'll be baking it twice. Thanks to this double baking, the cookies turn out very dry and somewhat resemble our rusks. In this recipe, I'll show you how. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
