Biscotti with raisins and chocolate
Description
The baking is simple and quick. This biscuit is best served with tea, cocoa, or sweet wine, as they do in Italy. Instead of almonds, you can use hazelnuts or walnuts, but it's the almonds that give these biscuits their pleasant aroma. In Italy, such cookies are usually prepared for winter holidays, but they're so delicious that I can make them for any occasion—or no occasion at all :) They can be served with tea or coffee.
