Chicken Biryani
Description
Biryani is a classic dish of Indian cuisine, typically served at weddings and festive occasions, and is very similar to pilaf. It is also prepared for regular family meals. Serve biryani on a plate by placing a portion of rice and adding a portion of chicken on top, or more elegantly, shape the portion using a ring mold. Optionally, garnish biryani with fresh coriander leaves.
