Big Mac
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Honestly, I don't really like such places. You'll agree that a homemade Big Mac, hamburger, or cheeseburger may taste different, but it's much healthier than the store-bought version. You can replace some ingredients with more accessible ones. A Big Mac is tasty, filling, and will please everyone (especially children). It can be served warm or chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First make the famous sauce: put mayonnaise and finely chopped cornichons in a bowl, add white vinegar, a pinch of salt, mustard, onion and garlic powder, red and black pepper, mix well, and refrigerate.
- 2
Step 2
Place the ground meat in a bowl, add salt, and mix. Then divide it into 4 portions, shape into balls, and flatten them. Pan-fry the resulting patties for 2 minutes on each side, then keep them warm.
- 3
Step 3
Carefully cut each bun into 3 pieces and lightly fry them in a dry skillet.
- 4
Step 4
Slice the onion and cucumbers into thin rings, chop the lettuce.
- 5
Step 5
Spread a little sauce on the bottom half of the bun, then add cheese, chopped lettuce, onion, and cucumbers, add the patty, and cover with the top half of the bun.
- 6
Step 6
Spread sauce on the bun again, add cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, and the patty, then spread sauce generously again and top with the bun.
- 7
Step 7
Serve the Big Mac immediately or leave it for 10-15 minutes so it can soak through.
