Beef yakisoba
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish should be cooked in a wok, but if you don't have one, an ordinary frying pan will work. Special spices can be purchased at specialty stores or large chain supermarkets. Be sure to use authentic spices if you want the finished dish to taste as close to the original as possible. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Wash the meat and cut it into thin strips. Heat a wok with vegetable oil and add the meat.
- 2
Step 2
Sear the beef for a few minutes, then season with pepper and salt. Remove from the pan.
- 3
Step 3
Finely chop the Asian vegetables, as well as the red pepper, garlic, green and onion, add to the wok, stir-fry over high heat, stirring regularly to prevent the vegetables from burning.

Step 4
Test the vegetables for doneness; if they are almost ready, return the meat to the wok. Separately, cook the noodles for the dish until done, then drain in a colander and rinse.
- 5
Step 5
Transfer the noodles to the vegetables and meat, add the "Yakisoba" sauce, and if the dish seems too dry, pour in a little water.

Step 6
Place the dish on a plate, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
