
Beef steak steamed in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The benefits of steamed food are felt immediately. The main thing is to get used to eating more healthily—less fried food and more steamed cutlets, meat, or steaks. This dish doesn't require any additional side dish; it's perfect served with fresh vegetables. Serve hot.

Pre-fry the onion in the "Frying" mode of the multicooker. Cook until lightly browned.

Boil the grain mixture in salted boiling water. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Combine the ground meat with onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Divide the ground meat into four portions for future cutlets. Dip each one into egg whites, then into a mixture of cooked grains. This creates a sort of breading.
