Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The idea may seem strange, but such a recipe does exist, and it is quite popular in France, although it belongs to Tatar cuisine. I want to tell you about it. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Grind the horse meat into minced meat using a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, mustard, tomato paste, and finely chopped capers with onion. Also add 4 eggs, vinegar, and vegetable oil.

Mix the mixture well. Wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the meat mixture for 30 minutes.

Shape the meat into patties, making an indentation in the center. Pour an egg into each indentation. Serve with a side dish.
