Beefsteak with garlic and parsley sauce

Description

Season both sides of the steak well with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the steak for 5 to 8 minutes per side. Transfer the steak to a cutting board, cover with aluminum foil, and let rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice the steak into strips. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a food processor, mince the garlic. Add parsley, oregano, vinegar, red pepper, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Blend until combined. Serve the steak with the sauce.
