Beefsteak with arugula

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. In a small bowl, mix ground red pepper, marjoram, cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Evenly distribute the spice mixture over the steak. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steak and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on one side. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, for another 5 to 8 minutes. Reduce the heat if the steak browns too quickly. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing. In a small bowl, whisk together salsa and vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Add arugula and toss. Divide among four plates and serve with the steak and goat cheese. The dish is ready to be served.
