Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for preparing fish steak. Red fish works very well for steak, which is why I used trout. The fish cooks quickly and turns out very flavorful. Mashed potatoes make a great side dish. Have a wonderful day. Serve hot.

We wash the dill and chop it finely.

Transfer the dill to a deep plate. Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the top. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the trout into portion pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the trout with olive oil. Place marinated dill on top. Grill, turning the fish to both sides, until fully cooked.
