Chopped steak
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Some believe it's more accurate to call this dish a beef patty. But I will confidently disagree, since there are many differences between a chopped steak and a patty. The first and most important one is the ingredient list. While for patties we use onion, garlic, and bread soaked in milk, a chopped steak includes only beef and an egg as a binding ingredient. Some chefs even do without the egg, skillfully preparing a beautiful, juicy chopped steak using only meat. I will offer you a version of this recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.
