
Cossack-style steak
Description
We'll prepare this steak using ground beef. Season the ground beef with spices, tenderize it, shape into steaks, and cook on a hot skillet. Serve the steak with your favorite side dish, preferably vegetables or a fresh salad.

Beefsteak comes in two varieties. This beefsteak is made from minced meat. You can prepare it by grinding the meat through a meat grinder or by chopping it very finely with a knife. So, place the minced meat into a bowl.

Add salt, pepper, and sour cream to the minced meat. Mix with hands.

The meat mince should be well beaten. Lift it and throw it back into the bowl several times. Onion and bread are never added to steak mince. This dish is made from pure mince, seasoned with spices, fat, or cream (sour cream). Shape the mince into round, flat patties.

Sear the steaks on both sides until browned.

Finely chop the onion into small cubes.

In the skillet where the steaks were fried, sauté the onion until soft. The onion will absorb the meat juices.
