Belarusian-style steak

Description

Beef is cut across the grain with the idea of "1 piece – 1 portion." Then it is slightly tenderized, shaped into rounds, salted, peppered, and sprinkled with finely chopped or minced garlic. Steaks should be fried in oil on a hot skillet until a golden crust forms. After that, the meat is transferred to the oven, where it finishes cooking thoroughly. Serve with sauce or ketchup. The best side dish for Belarusian-style steak is fried potatoes served with marinated mushrooms.
