Beef steak from minced beef
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. We make the minced meat and season it with spices, then form patties and fry them in oil on a hot skillet. In the same skillet where the patties were fried, sauté the onion. Once ready, the dish can be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Grind the beef to make fresh ground meat. Store-bought ground meat is not quite suitable. You need fresh ground meat made from good quality meat without any additives (no fat, bread, or onion).
- 2
Step 2

Add spices to the resulting mince to taste.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the water and knead the meat mixture until smooth. Beat the mixture to make it dense. It will hold its shape well if properly beaten. Simply lift it above the bowl and forcefully slap it back into the bowl. Do not add eggs to the mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Form flat-shaped patties from the resulting mince.
- 5
Step 5

Fry them in a pan with vegetable oil (without a lid).
- 6
Step 6

Slice the onion into half-rings. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix. The flour should stick to the onion.
- 7
Step 7

Shake off excess flour. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Serve the steak with crispy onions.
