Thoroughly rinse the prunes and dry them with a paper towel.

Separate the whites of two eggs, add a pinch of salt, and beat until soft peaks form.

Gradually add all the sugar, continuing to beat the egg whites at high speed without interruption.

Bake the meringue at the lowest heat setting at a temperature of 65 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. If it's difficult to maintain a low temperature, you can slightly leave the oven door ajar. The finished meringue should easily peel off the sheet and have a light creamy tint.
