French meringue meringue
Description
This dessert takes time—about 4 hours for the entire process—but the result is definitely worth the effort. You can pipe the meringue with a spoon, but using a pastry bag makes it easier to shape the dessert. The oven temperature should be around 70–80 degrees. Before serving, you can garnish the dessert with chocolate, berries, or ice cream, for example.
