Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. The flour can be replaced with any other gluten-free flour; the main thing is to maintain the weight ratio of liquid to dry ingredients. Immediately preheat the oven to 250 degrees along with the baking dish.
- 2
Step 2

In a mixing bowl for the dough, combine all the dry ingredients.
- 3
Step 3

Gradually pour in the ryazhenka (or kefir) in portions and mix it into the batter.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the vinegar and mix until smooth, but not too vigorously, so as to preserve the bubbles formed by the reaction of the baking soda contained in the baking powder.
- 5
Step 5

Sprinkle the work surface with bran, place the dough on it, and gently, without over-kneading, shape the bread into any form.
- 6
Step 6

When the oven and the baking dish have preheated to 250 degrees, take out the dish, place the bread in it, make a slash, and cover with a lid. Bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 45–50 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Let the baked bread cool completely on a wire rack.
- 8
Step 8

The cooled bread can be served at the table. It turned out tasty and healthy, and most importantly, it is very quick and easy to make!

Step 9
