Non-yeast dumpling dough
Description
Dumplings are our family's number one dish—everyone in my family absolutely loves them. That's why I make them myself, then simply freeze them in the freezer. It's very convenient and economical. Of course, I have my favorite dough recipe, which I'd like to share with you now, explaining how to make yeast-free dumpling dough. In my opinion, this is the best option because the dough turns out very elastic and pliable, and doesn't require adding extra flour when rolling it out—something that's usually the most challenging part of making dumplings. Overall, I always use this simple yeast-free dumpling dough recipe; it works perfectly for me, so I highly recommend it to you as well.
