Chicken Beshbarmak
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I present to you a simple chicken beshbarmak recipe. With a few easy steps, you'll have a delicious, fragrant, and very satisfying dish on your table. When you prepare chicken beshbarmak, you'll end up with two dishes: the first is broth, and the second is noodles with meat. It's relatively easy to make and doesn't require constant attention in the kitchen. You can serve this dish either on a large platter or in individual portions. The broth can be served separately or poured directly into bowls together with the meat and noodles. I recommend preparing this dish according to the given recipe the first time, then making your own adjustments—adding various vegetables, experimenting with spices. So go ahead and good luck—may everything turn out delicious! Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Wash the chicken carcass, cut it into pieces, and place them into a pot. Pour enough water to completely cover the meat. Put the pot on the stove. When the water comes to a boil, skim off the foam, reduce the heat, and simmer until the chicken is cooked, about 2–2.5 hours. Half an hour before the chicken is done, add salt and spices to the broth.

Step 2

We start mixing the dough. Into the bowl with flour, add 1-2 pinches of salt, eggs, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and water or cooled broth.

Step 3

Knead a fairly stiff dough. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Take out the dough and divide it into 2-3 parts. Roll out each part into a thin layer and cut into rhombuses or squares about 6-8 cm in size. Leave the dough pieces on the board or table to dry slightly.

Step 5

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings or rings. Add vegetable oil to a frying pan, heat it up, and place the onion in the pan. Fry the onion until it is almost cooked. Then add 4-5 tablespoons of broth and simmer the onion, covered.

Step 6

Remove the cooked chicken from the broth and let it cool slightly. Pour some of the broth into another saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook the dough squares in it for 5-8 minutes. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and place it onto a serving dish. Place the onions on top of the meat, then add the cooked dough pieces. Then add some of the onion sauce and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
