
Uzbek-style beshbarmak
Description
Here is a simple recipe for Uzbek-style beshbarmak. I used the following ingredients: meat, puff pastry, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, beans, bay leaf, and spices to taste. Serve beshbarmak hot, and if desired, you can garnish the dish with fresh herbs.

Thaw the puff pastry and cut it into small, thin squares.

Heat the oil in a cauldron, add the meat cut into pieces.

We also add finely chopped onion.

Add the diced pepper, mix and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, simmer covered until they release their juice.

Now that the tomatoes have released their juice, add the beans and bay leaf, pour in 200 grams of boiled water, mix everything, and continue simmering for another 20 minutes.

Bring the water to a boil, add salt, and put the dough in it. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes.

When the dough rises to the surface, remove the foam, then take out the dough with a slotted spoon and place it on a plate.
