Boil the chicken in a large pot. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste. Cook for about 2-3 hours, until the meat easily separates from the bones.

About 30-40 minutes before the chicken is ready, start preparing the dough. Pour water into a deep container, add eggs, flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Knead a stiff dough, then let it rise at room temperature.
