
Turkish-style boiled meat with noodles (Beshbarmak) made with turkey
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There is a simplified version of preparing this dish. Instead of making the dough yourself, you can buy ready-made dumpling dough or use any pasta. However, the suggested version is the most authentic. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Cut the turkey into small pieces and boil in slightly salted water. Cooking time is about 25 minutes. When the turkey is ready, remove it from the water and place it on a plate. Do not discard the broth in which the turkey was cooked.

While the turkey is cooking, you can prepare the dough. In a bowl, mix the eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Add a pinch of salt and gradually incorporate the flour. The result should be an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands. Let the dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and place the onion in it. Fry the onion until cooked through, stirring with a spatula.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut it into diamonds or rectangles. Bring to a boil the broth in which the turkey was cooked. Add the dough pieces to the boiling broth and cook for five to seven minutes. To serve, place the dough pieces into a deep plate, top with turkey meat and fried onions. Pour hot broth over the dish, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs.
