Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The main ingredients for this dish are: sugar, milk, cinnamon, eggs, flour, and jam. The muffins turn out aromatic, tender, and fluffy. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. First, in a bowl, thoroughly mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon, baking powder, and flour. In a small bowl, beat the egg, then add milk, vegetable oil, and 90 grams of sugar. Now mix everything well, then lightly beat.

2. Add the dry mixture to this mixture and mix thoroughly until uniform.

3. Preheat the oven (to 180 degrees) and prepare the molds. Place one tablespoon of dough into each mold, then add about one teaspoon of jam on top.
