Benderikis with meat

Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. It's very convenient to use pre-fried crepes in the recipe for making meat-filled crepes, as it saves quite a bit of time. It's better to make the filling yourself. A combination of pork with beef or chicken is the ideal option for the filling. Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the meat. Mix everything thoroughly—and the filling is ready. A very delicious dish! I recommend serving it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

    Prepare all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Step 2

In a deep bowl, beat two eggs with sugar and salt. Add milk, mix, then add flour and baking soda. Beat everything again until smooth, and finally add vegetable oil (you may need to add a little more liquid; the batter should not be too runny, but not thick either).

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Step 3

Fry thin pancakes on a skillet on both sides in the usual way. Grease the skillet with vegetable oil for the first pancake; cook the rest on a dry skillet.

  4. 4

    Step 4

    Step 4

Stack all the pancakes in a pile, then cut them all in half.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Step 5

For the filling, combine the minced meat with chopped onion, add salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Step 6

    Step 6

Then spread the meat filling in a thin layer over each half of the pancake.

  7. 7

    Step 7

    Step 7

Fold the crepe in half with one side inward.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

Then fold the other edge of the pancake over the top as well. You should get a triangle with the filling inside.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Thus, all the pancakes should be formed in this way. By the way, in this form, the pancakes can be frozen and used as needed.

  10. 10

    Step 10

    Step 10

Prepare the batter. To do this, whisk together the egg and milk with a whisk. You can add a pinch of salt.

  11. 11

    Step 11

    Step 11

Dip each pancake into the prepared batter and place them one by one onto a preheated skillet with vegetable oil.

  12. 12

    Step 12

    Step 12

Sear on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.

  13. 13

    Step 13

    Step 13

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
