White creamy sauce
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. It pairs perfectly with pasta, shrimp, meatballs, and cutlets, and can be used to bake boiled potatoes. The sauce is best made right before use, but it can also be prepared in advance. Store the sauce in the refrigerator for several hours, making sure to cover its surface with plastic wrap to prevent drying and formation of a crust. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
